If you are a resident but not eligible for a car park permit, parking is available on the road at the front of the building. You are required to display a valid resident parking permit to avoid a parking fine.

Hopefully you will not have a problem with your property, landlord, agent or the Marlborough street management company. But if you find that your property does not meet minimum legal standards and you cannot get resolution, you can report the issue to Liverpool City Council whistle blowers
Removal of bulky items
