On the 16th March we notified you that the date to replacve the fence had been agreed by RMG and the site should be secure again by the end of March.
Unfortunately, RMG’s supplier did not attend site and RMG have been unable to confirm when they will be attending. The situation is completely unacceptable and very frustrating for us as I am sure it is for you.
A formal complaint has been raised which RMG should respond to next week. The RMG Property Manager – Michelle, will also be back from holiday and given her intervention in March to help move this forward, I am hoping that she can be equally influential in confirming a new date for the work.
