History

Wood Street has had a varied history. In 1823 it was a prominent upmarket city center location and the home of John Colquit the clerk of Liverpool who later had Colquit street named after him. The street declined into the 1900’s particularly post war

 

Our aim

To improve the environment within the development, its desirability to future residents thereby increasing the resale value of the apartments

We will do this by

  • Engaging all stakeholders in the execution of our plans
  • Ensuring clear, consistent communication between residents, owners, agents and trades
  • Providing timely access to information to help residents and absent flat owners
  • Fostering a community spirit and collective responsibility within the building
