A modern 18 apartment development built in 2006 on the site of the former Mono Public House. Having initially experienced issues with poor management practices the flat owners formed a leaseholder association and then exercised their right to manage. In 2013 the Mono Project RTM Company was formed and a date agreed to take full responsibility for the management of the building. Today the building is an excellent example of what can be achieved by leaseholders exercising their Right to Manage – a much improved, desirable environment, where rental yields and resale values have increased.
